It has been an up and down season for the Hudson softball team.
Fortunately, despite all of their struggles, the Lady Explorers earned themselves another meaningful game.

With the win, the Lady Explorers (7-11) earned a date with third-seeded Highland in a sectional title game May 10 in Granger Township. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
Right-hander Mariah Duncan got the win to improve to 5-4 in the pitcher's circle. She finished with 12 strikeouts and allowed just three hits.
