The Hudson boys basketball team's three-game winning streak came to an end.
The Explorers fell to 8-10 overall and 3-7 in the Suburban League National Conference after losing to host Stow-Munroe Falls 49-38 Feb. 10 at James G. Tyree Gymnasium.
The Bulldogs (13-4, 9-1) made 9-of-21 shots from beyond the 3-point arc. Mason McMurray led Stow with 20 points and 7 rebounds. He made 6-of-8 shots from the floor and was 4-of-5 from 3-point land.
Spencer McClure led the Explorers with 13 points. He also had 5 rebounds. William Wallace added 9 points for Hudson.
The Bulldogs earned a 47-42 victory in the junior varsity contest.
Bryce Harvey scored the final six points of the game and finished with 8 points for Stow.
Brian Cartwright led the Explorers with 16 points and teammate Connor Gynn contributed 11 points.
