Hudson girls soccer routs conference rival Cuyahoga Falls

The host Hudson girls soccer team improved to 4-2-1 overall and 2-0-1 in the Suburban League National Conference after posting a lopsided 10-1 victory over Cuyahoga Falls Sept. 13 at Hudson Memorial Stadium.

The Lady Explorers led 5-0 at halftime and had a 22-1 advantage in shots on goal.

Junior forward/midfielder Jenna Reitenbach and sophomore forward Jordan Manley each had two goals for Hudson.

Junior midfielder Elena Vuksta added one goal and two assists and junior defender Malloree Weber, freshman forward Mia Becker and senior midfielder Claire McIsaac each had one goal and one assist for the Lady Explorers.

Sophomore forward Lexi Muccino and junior midfielder/forward Grace Killeen each scored once for Hudson.

The Lady Black Tigers' lone goal came from junior forward Isabel Barton. Junior midfielder Chloe Stratton was credited with the assist.

Junior goalkeeper Erin Huber made 12 saves for Falls (1-4-1, 0-3).

Hudson had a 5-0 edge on corner kicks.
