The Hudson boys lacrosse team's three-game winning streak came to an end.
The Explorers fell to 7-4 on the season after losing a 13-12 decision to Olentangy in overtime May 2 on the road.
"The roller-coaster ride of the season continues," Hudson head coach Dave Blue said.
The Explorers rallied from a 9-7 deficit to force overtime.
Hudson had a 5-3 lead after the first 12 minutes.
"We got off to a good start, but we missed opportunities, turned the ball over and permitted several Olentangy goals in the second and third quarters," Blue said.
The Explorers had chances to win the game in both the fourth quarter and overtime.
"We had several chances late in the game," Blue said. "In overtime, we had two chances and both times, the Olentangy goalie came up with the big stop."
Zach Nye led Hudson with six goals.
"Zach was outstanding on the offensive side," Blue said.
Bo Lori added two goals and one assist and Gabe Vehar finished with two goals.
Grant Elffers and Brent Zubal each scored once for the Explorers and Logan Malson and Mick Mougey each had an assist.
Chris Motter won 25 of 26 draws and Hudson goalkeeper Jake Krone made six saves.
Olentangy (10-3) outshot Hudson 36-34. The Explorers had a 46-37 edge in ground balls.
