The Hudson girls track and field team lost an 80-66 decision to Mayfield April 30 at Hudson Memorial Stadium.
With the loss, the Lady Explorers fell to 0-4 overall and 0-4 in the Northeast Ohio Conference River Division.
"We ran really well with plenty of personal-best times," Hudson first-year head coach Mike Schmidt said.
Senior Jordan Miller won the pole vault with a school-record vault of 9 feet, 10 inches.
Sarah Wolanske and Arielle Dalea each won one event and were part of two first-place relay teams.
Wolanske captured first in the 1,600 (5 minutes, 35 seconds) and Dalea won the 800 (2:26.2).
They joined Eleanor Bashian and Gaby Palazzo on the 3,200 relay team (10:12.1) and Palazzo and Katie Castrigano on the 1,600 relay (4:27.1).
Bashian added a win in the 3,200 (12:28) and Lauren Gorze took first in the 100 hurdles (17.47) and the 300 hurdles (50.1).
Miller and fellow seniors Ali Baylor, Erica Evans, Sam Komzak, Kelcey McDevitt and Elise Schultz were honored on Senior Night.
The Lady Explorers were scheduled to compete at the Wooster Kiwanis Invitational May 3. Results were not available at press time.
Hudson is set to visit River Division rival Strongsville May 7 at 4:30 p.m.
