Hudson girls lacrosse team finishes 1-1 in Columbus

The Hudson girls lacrosse team finished 1-1 at the Hannigan-Galipault Tournament April 12 at Thomas Worthington High School in Columbus.

The Lady Explorers concluded the day with an 8-6 victory over Cincinnati Mariemont after losing a 7-4 decision to Dublin Coffman.

Against Mariemont, Maria Russell and Jackie Kisthardt each had two goals and one assist. Annie Lori also had two goals for Hudson (3-4), which had a 5-2 lead at halftime.

Katelyn Hill scored the other goal for the Lady Explorers and Kiley Merrill and Julia Finkenthal each had one assist.

Hudson goalkeeper Sarah Price made six saves between the pipes and Macy Tratner picked up five ground balls.

Kisthardt, Russell, Hill and Ally Prosser each had one goal against Dublin Coffman. Lori added an assist and Price finished with four saves.
