Big second half leads Hudson girls lacrosse team past Green

The Hudson girls lacrosse team improved to 2-2 on the season after posting a 12-7 victory over Green April 10 at Green Memorial Stadium's Infocision Field.

The Lady Explorers exploded for 10 second-half goals after leading 2-1 at halftime.

Kasey Thom led Hudson with four goals, including three in a stretch of five minutes. All four of her goals took place in the second half.

Jackie Kisthardt had three goals and Kiley Merrill finished with two goals and one assist for the Lady Explorers.

Also finding the nets once apiece for Hudson were Kayla Miller, Katelyn Hill and Julia Finkenthal. Hill and Annie Lori each had an assist.

Sydney Rossiter had two goals and one assist for the Lady Bulldogs (1-2) and Hallie King and Morgan Suponcic each added two goals.

Meghan Hohlbaugh each scored once for Green and Hannah Albrechta had four assists.
