The host Hudson boys basketball team fell to 8-8 overall and 2-6 in the Northeast Ohio Conference River Division after losing a 66-55 decision to Brush Feb. 7 at Ray "Buck" Hyser Gymnasium.
The Arcs improved to 12-5 overall and 5-3 in the division.
The Explorers had an 18-13 advantage after the first eight minutes, but Brush rallied to take a 33-30 lead at halftime.
Hudson scored just five points in the third quarter and the Arcs built a 43-35 advantage.
Alfonso Onunwor led Brush with a game-high 19 points and Delvon Robinson added 18 points for the Arcs.
Kevin Zullo and Mitch Guadagni each had 14 points to lead the Explorers. John Zuccaro added 10 points for Hudson.
The Explorers earned a 37-26 victory in the juniro varsity contest.
