The Hudson girls golf team's season came to an end at a Division I district tournament Oct. 8.
The Lady Explorers finished 12th out of 16 teams with a score of 354 at The Legends in Massillon. The top five teams advanced to the state tournament.
Hudson also did not have any individual qualify for the state competition.
Kent Roosevelt won the team title with a score of 311 to edge out Massillon Jackson (312). Also advancing were Rocky River Magnificat (316), Medina Highland (318) and Canfield (339).
Avon Lake's Niki Schroeder was the medalist with a 69. Nicole Goodson and Meredith Spitz each shot an 85 to lead the Lady Explorers.
Also contributing to the team score for Hudson were Moe Madar (90) and Julia Goodson (94).
