The host Hudson boys soccer team improved to 2-1-1 with a 4-1 victory over Northeastern Ohio Conference rival Cuyahoga Falls Aug. 27 at Hudson Memorial Stadium.
Jack Sullivan scored two goals and had one assist to lead the Explorers. Trevor Colazzo had one goal and two assists and Andrew Kern had one goal. Ryan Mahan added an assist. Devin Tulley scored the lone goal for the Black Tigers (1-2) on a free kick.
Falls' goalkeeper Tanner Treptow made 10 saves in the nets.
