Scores: Hudson ice hockey game with Mentor postponed

The Hudson-Mentor ice hockey game that was scheduled for Feb. 1 at Kent State University Ice Arena has been postponed.

The game has been rescheduled for Feb. 3 at 8 p.m. at Kent State.

WESTERN RESERVE ACADEMY BOYS HOOPS TEAM FALLS

The Western Reserve Academy boys basketball team lost a 62-54 decision to John Adams Feb. 1 in Cleveland.

John Adams outscored the Pioneers 22-8 in the final quarter.

John Saucier led the Pioneers with 14 points and Peter Barba had 13 points, seven rebounds and seven assists for Reserve. John Roberts also had 11 points and seven rebounds for WRA.

RESERVE ICE HOCKEY TEAM LOSES

The Western Reserve Academy ice hockey team lost an 11-7 decision to Garfield Heights Feb. 1 at Kent State University Ice Arena.

Otto Bohan, Davis Johnson and Rob Markwell each had two goals for the Pioneers and Alec Rhodes scored once.

Reserve goaltender Max Fausnight made 39 saves in the net.
