Lakewood gets past Western Reserve Academy ice hockey team

The host Western Reserve Academy ice hockey team fell to 7-11-1 overall and 6-4-1 in the Blue Central West Division after losing a 4-1 decision to Lakewood Jan. 26 at Kent State University Ice Arena.

Lakewood improved to 16-4-2 overall and 9-0-1 in the division.

Otto Bohan scored the lone goal for the Pioneers, who got 35 saves from goaltender Max Fausnight.
