The Hudson boys basketball team improved to 10-4 on the season after posting a 52-48 victory over Youngstown East Jan. 21 at the Covelli Centre in Youngstown.
Steve Boslet led the Explorers with 17 points and Zack Brandy added 16 points. Youngstown East fell to 10-5 on the season.
The Hudson girls basketball team improved to 14-2 with a 59-48 victory over Rocky River Magnificat Jan. 21 at St. Edward High School in Lakewood. It was the Lady Explorers' ninth straight win.
