Kaitlyn Briggs became the bride of Jacob Reiser in a wedding ceremony held Oct. 8, 2016, in Coventry Oaks, Pa., officiated by the Rev. Douglas Fidler.
Alex Marr provided music for the ceremony, which followed a gray and orange color theme.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Sue Briggs of Kent. Pete and Lorraine Reiser of Pittsburgh, Pa., are the parents of the groom.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a gown by Essence of Australia, featuring an asymmetrical bunched bodice and soft billowing layers of striped organza through its A-line skirt and chapel train. Her headpiece was by Canadian designer Allin Rae.
She carried a bouquet of orange lilies and white bells of Ireland.
Serving as her sister's matron of honor was Sarah Dreger of Ravenna. Maid of honor was Molly Noctor of Washington, N.J.
Also attending the bride were Sam Harvey of Gibsonia, Pa., Shelly Osborne of Lancaster, Pa., Lauren Murray of Columbus and Erin Buchanan, niece of the groom, of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Ray Norris of Elwood, Pa., was the best man.
Groomsmen were Ben Reiser, brother of the groom, of Pittsburgh, Kevin Trostle of Gettysburg, Pa., Ben Lucci of Pittsburgh, Keith Griffin of Scranton, Pa., and Cody Smith of Erie, Pa.
Special guests included Mr. and Mrs. VonHoltz of Southbury, Conn., Mr. and Mrs. Fleishman, aunt and uncle of the bride, and Elise Fleishman, cousin of the bride, all of Corralitos, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. Noctor and Amy Noctor, parents and sister of the maid of honor of Washington, N.J., and Casey Yoho of Harrisonburg, Va.
The new Mrs. Reiser is a 2009 graduate of Theodore Roosevelt High School in Kent and a 2014 graduate of Clarion University in Clarion, Pa. She is employed with Vitro in Cheswick, Pa.
Her husband is a 2009 graduate of Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School and a 2013 graduate of Clarion University. He is employed with Arconic in New Kensington, Pa.
Following a wedding trip to London, Paris, Munich and Bavaria, the couple are making their home in Monroeville, Pa.
