Letter: Price to fix graffiti too high

Published:

A group of Hudson teenagers gathers under cloak of darkness -- giggling and shushing each other, spray cans in hand -- to spray 3-foot-tall, fluorescent letters on the side of a railroad bridge.

A group of middle-aged executives -- binders full of committee-meeting notes, laws and bylaws, balance sheets, and justifications in hand -- gathers in a railroad-company meeting room and declares that the price of painting over those fluorescent letter is $12,000.

And the criminals in this story are?
