The Case-Barlow Farm Fall Harvest Fest Committee wishes to thank everyone who planned, volunteered their time, attended and sponsored the fun activities at the historic farm Sept. 15.
The weather was a perfect fall day, and excitement was in the air.
Scores of demonstrators shared a variety of talents in textiles, food preparations and much more while music entertained the guests. Lots of hands-on participation, including crafts, games, animals, hay wagon rides, pony rides plus tiny tot's wagon rides kept everyone enjoying the day.
Tours of the 1831 farm house allowed guests to get a glimpse of life on the farm in Hudson over a century ago. The restored wagon shed displayed antique farm equipment and chair making. Vintage cars, trucks and tractors were also on display.
The day was a wonderful success, but it would not have been possible to host this traditional event without the help and support of the many friends of Case-Barlow Farm.
Thank you everyone.
We look forward to seeing you next year on Sept. 14 at the CBF Annual Farm Fest.
