A few weeks ago my husband and I were walking our dalmatian around Barlow Community Center Park, and when we were ready to leave I noticed the bay doors open at the firehouse. Having my camera with me I decided to ask if they could oblige me with a photo of our dog with the Hudson fire truck to send to my two young grandsons in Colorado.
I met a very nice fireman; I believe his name was Mark, who asked if I would mind waiting until he rolled up some hoses. Another fireman volunteered to do this so Mark could get some photos. This gentleman was so patient with a squirmy dog and ending up getting really great shots. I wanted to publicly thank them for their act of kindness. The photos were a great hit with my family in Colorado.
