St. Mary's hoops team wins title

The St. Mary’s Irish boys basketball team recently completed a perfect 13-0 undefeated season. The Irish won the Akron Catholic Youth Organization seventh-grade title and went on to beat St. Anthony’s in the tournament championship. The St. Mary’s Irish boys basketball team recently completed a perfect 13-0 season. The Irish won the Akron Catholic Youth Organization seventh-grade title and went on to beat St. Anthony’s in the tournament championship. Team members include Alex Bedell, Joe Murphy, Trey Greissing, Evan Morgan, Brian Ford, Alex Huber, Pat Ford, Colin Horgan and Nick McCuen. The coaches are Jon Greissing and Evan Morgan.
