As you upgrade your televisions for the switch from analog to digital, please remember to include Hudson Cable Television in your plans. HCTV will continue to broadcast on Time Warner Cable System within Hudson's city limits after February 2009.

HCTV receives franchise fees from subscribers in the Hudson area. Much of HCTV's programming is supported by these franchise fees. We understand there are many other services that can deliver television signals into your home, but we ask you to consider Time Warner's broadcast basic package which includes Hudson Cable and your local Cleveland/Akron channels. This broadcast basic package can supplement your choice of television signal providers.

HCTV continues to offer Public Access (free use of HCTV facilities, equipment and training to produce video programming to air on HCTV) to any resident of Hudson, regardless of their subscriber status. This continues to be a great opportunity to get creative, express an idea or bring more publicity to a public event. Call the HCTV offices for more information: 330-653-2500.

Chairman, HCTV Advisory Committee
