Hudson Community Playground Design Day 10/17/08

All of Hudson's school aged children are invited to participate in the design of our new, community-built playground. The "Design Day" will be held at Ellsworth Hill School on Friday, October 17th starting at 9:00 am.
Children will have an opportunity to meet with the designer and share their input as to what they want the playground to include and look like. The designer will sketch the preliminary design that afternoon and share it with the community at an evening celebration.
More details of the Design Day will be communicated to the public over time. In the interim, questions or comments can be e-mailed to hudsonplayground@gmail.com.

I'm wondering what is to happen to the Leathers Playground that sits right across Rt91 by the police station? Do we really need another expensive playground downtown?
