Michele K. Keith joins Flynn & DeRhodes

Kent, Ohio (February 29, 2008) " The law firm of Flynn & DeRhodes is pleased to announce that attorney Michele K. Keith has recently joined the firm. She brings with her a significant amount of experience in estate planning, having practiced in this area of law with Cleveland firms for nearly 20 years. She also devotes time to counseling clients regarding the many different ways of charitable gifting techniques, retirement planning, and probate administration. "I happily anticipate being able to work and help clients in my home community and the surrounding areas. This move is personally satisfying for me," said Keith.

A native of New Jersey, Keith has resided in Ohio for over 20 years, most of this time in Portage County. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from Boston College and her Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Keith is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics to various groups including the American Heart Association and financial advisors. She is a member of the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council, the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Bar Association, the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Ohio Estate Planning Council.

Keith and her husband George, a criminal defense attorney, and their children reside in Kent.
