I am appalled at the complaints about our streets.
This community is getting the best snow plowing service I have encountered. Those who work beyond Hudson will tell you we have the best all around.
I have lived and traveled all over Ohio in the winter. I travel on connecting roads to the outside world with ease to only find bad roads and bad hills, and very seldom see a plow truck or salt being put down.
Hudson workers and supervisors work many unappreciated man hours to keep us safe on the roads. Hudson residents are getting excellent service, considering the city has such a small staff and few trucks to cover such a large area. These people sure could use some personal recognition for such demanding hours; maybe those who complain would like to get up and go out and assist. If you want dry streets, you are living in the wrong state. How about if you do not have to go out in the snow, stay home?
With the few staff members and few trucks they have, I say kudos to these dedicated guys and great job.
