Lawrence and Carol Neff of Hudson announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Elizabeth Neff, to Michael Perhala, the son of Don Perhala and the late Linda Perhala of Dale City, Va.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Hudson High School, 2002 graduate of The Ohio State University and 2006 graduate of the University of Austin with a master's degree in engineering management. She is employed as a quality systems compliance leader for Rolls-Royce North America in Reston, Va.
Her fiancé is a graduate of C.D. Hylton High School and 1998 graduate of Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Va., with a bachelor's degree in communications. He is employed as a sales executive for Brown & Brown Insurance in Manassas, Va.
The couple plans to wed in July at Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, Va.
