Bessie Runci (nee Iosue), 86, longtime resident of Hudson, died Aug. 29, 2010, at Hospice of Cincinnati.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph O. Runci; grandson, Michael Runci; siblings, Mike, John and Pat Iosue, Marianne Mausar and Gingie Prijatel; and parents, Thomas and Maria N. (Cutrone) Iosue.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Jennifer) Runci, Joanne (Jerry) Strebler and Mary Ellen Runci (B.J. Belton); grandchildren, Jonathan Sanders, Joseph (Tanya) Runci, Catherine Claridge, David (Tina) and Ian Huber; great-grandchildren, David Runci, Tyssen and Joshua Smith, and Baby Boy Runci.
Friends will be received Sept. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Johnson-Romito Funeral Home 19 E. Main St. in Hudson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 2 at St. Mary Church in Hudson.
