The number of triathlon events in the U.S has doubled between 2004 and 2010. There are hundreds of triathlon events scheduled in Ohio alone.

"With my triathletes, the training programs are personalized and designed based on the athlete's strength and weaknesses, every plan includes conditioning for all three sports with focus on aerobic endurance, sport specific weight training, and core routines for power and muscular endurance," Grioni said. "We also get into nutrition, equipment, the technical aspects of the actual event and race etiquette."

Since 2001, Grioni has completed numerous triathlons and has coached individuals who were training for their first triathlon, as well as those who were looking to improve their performance.
