Athletic Boosters plan
Night at the Races
The Hudson Athletic Booster Club’s annual adult fall fundraising event, Night at the Races, is scheduled for Oct. 16 from 6:30 to 11 p.m. at Emidio’s Party Center in Cuyahoga Falls.
Tickets are $45 each and include beer, wine and soda, as well as an all-you-can-eat buffet dinner.
Guests will bet on horse races, bid on auction items and “buy” a horse to bring home the bragging rights in the biggest race of the night, “The Hudson Derby.”
Proceeds from the event will help support the Hudson High School and Middle School athletic programs.

Race scheduled
The 5K race for hope is set to take place Oct. 10 at Parmatown Mall. The race is set to begin at 9 a.m. For details, visit www.hermescleveland.com.
