School district earns excellent rating, according to preliminary data

Hudson - The school district has earned an “excellent” rating on its 2009-10 state report card, according to preliminary results.

The Hudson City School District met 24 out of 24 indicators, meeting state standards for test score results and graduation and attendance rates.

Last year, the district earned a higher rating of “Excellent with Distinction.”

The Ohio Department of Education stressed on its website that the 2009-10 data is preliminary and the official report card data won’t be released until Friday at 10 a.m.
