Antiques Festival returns to WRA

On Sept. 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Western Reserve Academy will once again open its campus to featured premier dealers, and thousands of shoppers and collectors from across the region for the 29th annual Western Reserve Academy Antiques Festival.

The event is sponsored by the Pioneer Women of Reserve. General admission tickets for adults are $8 at the door, and those under 18 are admitted free.

Preview tickets that give serious antique hunters a head start on the day (preview shopping is from 8:30 to 10 may also be purchased for $28. Along with early shopping and all-day admission, those who purchase these special preview tickets will be treated to a gourmet breakfast served from 8:30 to 10:30 in Ellsworth Hall on the WRA campus at the corner of College Street and Prospect.

Free parking will be available. Gourmet lunch and refreshments will be served throughout the day.

Raffle tickets are $5 each or five for $20 and may be purchased at the Pioneer Women booth, located next to Ellsworth Hall, throughout the day. The prize is a late 18th century Chippendale mahogany refinished round tilt top tea table.
