Walter and Pamela Horvath of Huber Heights announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Rae Horvath, to Trevor Dane Stiegemeier, son of Andrew and Dr. Mary Jo Stiegemeier of Hudson.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Carroll Catholic High School and went on to attend the University of Akron, where she received a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in administration.
Her fiancé is a 2005 graduate of Hudson High School and is completing his bachelor's degree in education at the University of Akron.
The couple is planning an October wedding at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Huber Heights. They will reside in Stow.
