Marlie Wilcox and Brad Wolf were united in marriage June 12, 1010, at Tybee Island, Ga., in a beach ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Marlin and Joyce Wilcox of Hudson. The bridegroom is the son of Howard and Alison Wolf of Poland, Ohio. They were married in a small intimate evening ceremony with 30 guests and a relaxed atmosphere. Three bridesmaids wore aqua dresses and carried orange unique roses and orange gerbera daisies. The bride wore a strapless ivory dress featuring sparkling Swarovski crystals and sequins at the neckline. The waist is embellished with a pleated silk band, while delicate beaded lace appliqués cascaded all over the gown. The maid of honor was Krystin Dean, a high school friend of bride from Streetsboro. Bridesmaids were Abby Madel, high school friend of the bride from Hudson, and Alison Hall, friend of bride from Camilla, Ga. The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Amanda Wolf, sister of the bridegroom, acted as a groomsmaid, and Drew Hall, friend of the groom from Pellam, Ga., was a groomsman. Ushers were Matt and Wade Wilcox, brothers of the bride. Flower girls were Emily and Erica Vanas, cousins of the groom. A reception took place at a beachside restaurant outside under the cabana with 30 guests. The couple honeymooned in Riveria Maya, Mexico, and live in Alpharetta, Ga. The bride is a 2002 Hudson High School graduate and 2007 Kent State University graduate. She teaches middle school special education in Alpharetta, Ga. The bridegroom is a 2003 Twinsburg graduate and a 2008 Kent State University graduate. He works for Best Buy. Comments
