Name: Nancy Terry Occupation: Party Station salesperson. How long have you lived in Hudson? 16 years. What is your favorite thing to do in Hudson? Socialize with all my friends. I also love to frequent our shops and restaurants and attend all of our events. How would you describe Hudson to someone who has never been here? A quaint town filled with friendly people who are very proud of their schools and community. There is always something going on with which you can be involved. What would you do if you were city manager for a day? I would raise enough money to put sidewalks in all the neighborhoods. We have such nice neighborhoods to walk in but not enough sidewalks. What do you like to do in your free time? Besides volunteering I like to garden, walk, paint and socialize. Are you a member of any clubs or organizations? I am currently a member of Community First and the Hudson Public Schools Endowment Fund. I am also a walker in the Susan G. Komen, 60-mile, 3-day breast cancer walk in July. Visit www.the3day.org to assist. What is your favorite movie? My favorite movie would have to be "Gone With the Wind," a classic. What is the last book you read? "Great Wedding Tips from the Experts" by Robbi Ernst. I have figured out now that I have grown up I would like to get into event planning. Whom do you admire most, excluding relatives? I admire anyone who has the courage to pursue their dream.
