Hudson gymnasts Bridget Madel and Sophie Horsch placed in the top 15 in their respective events during the state meet, which concluded March 6 at Hilliard Bradley High School.
Madel finished seventh in the all-around competition with a score of 35.575 and 14th on the floor exercise (9.0). Horsch captured 13th on the floor exercise (9.025).
The Lady Explorers finished third in the team race with 141.275 points March 5. Brecksville-Broadview Heights won the title with 148.05 points and Strongsville placed second (141.6).
