The Green girls basketball team captured the Akron Ellet Division I district title after posting a convincing 59-40 victory over Hudson March 6.
The Lady Bulldogs (21-3) took complete command in the first half with a 31-6 run and never looked back.
Lydia Corle led Green with a game-high 18 points and Logan Pastor added 10 points. Jessica Monsman paced the Lady Explorers (17-7) with 14 points and Hayley McCandless added eight points.
