The Summit County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding someone who goes by Frank or Kim Tomitz. He is 58-year-old white man who authorities believe lives in or frequents northern Summit County and southern Cuyahoga County.
A sheriff’s deputy has issued warrants for forgery, passing bad checks and theft after Tomitz allegedly wrote checks to the Summit Animal Hospital in Northfield Center Township on a fraudulent account.
Authorities believe Tomitz uses aliases and different addresses. Anyone knowing his whereabouts is asked to call Deputy Wes Dobbins at 330-643-2181.
