Saunders finishes first in Joseph C. Monastra race

The Joseph C. Monastra Refuse to Lose 5K race took place July 25 in Hudson.

A total of 354 people registered. Tyler Saunders, 19, a 2008 Hudson graduate and current resident of Naperville, Ill., won the race with a time of 16 minutes, 20.6 seconds.

The following Hudson residents competed in the race:
