Parents for Math Education offers a forum for the exchange of ideas about the math program in Hudson. Parents can visit the blog mathparents.wordpress.com/ to read commentary and post comments.
PFME is composed of parents from Hudson who are concerned about the math curriculums in Hudson schools and about the upcoming recommendation for a new high school mathematics textbook curriculum selection in December 2008.

Evamere celebrates 50 years
Evamere Elementary School will celebrate its 50th anniversary Oct. 23 at the school.
Children will celebrate during the day, and, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. alumni, parents and community members will be invited to tour the building, see a historical display and celebrate with refreshments.
Class of 1989 planning reunion
