Hudson resident Ben Hart won the boys age 12 division with an 8-over-par 79 strokes at a Northern Ohio PGA Kenny Novak qualifier July 15 at Raccoon Hill Golf Club in Kent.

Tricia Maloney of Hudson just missed qualifying in the girls 16-through-19 age group with a 8-over-par 79 (38-41).

Copley's Heather Arison qualified by winning the tournament with a 6-over-77. Maloney finished in a tie for second. Hudson resident Natalie Sheerer finished ninth (87).
