Episcopal Church Women meet May 15
The Episcopal Church Women's spring lunch and program will be May 15 at the Laurel Lake Retirement community room, 200 Laurel Lake Drive, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Nancy Hall from the Sogestu school will present a program on Japanese flower arranging. Lunch will be served at noon. The lunch includes soup, chicken salad, muffin, beverage and a chocolate sundae and cookie for dessert.
Paid reservations of $10 per person should be received at Christ Church by May 11. Checks should be payable to ECW and may be dropped off at the church office.
Laurel Lake residents may take the luncheon as their "meal of the day" at no extra cost or purchase a lunch for $10. All residents are invited to attend the program at 1 p.m.
