Mothers recognized

Friendship Trek Vacation Bible School will be at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church June 16 through 20 from 9 a.m. to noon. VBS includes crafts, games, Bible stories, snacks and music. Vacation Bible School is for children age 3 who have completed a year of preschool through kids who have graduated fifth grade. Congregational church plans Bible school First Congregational Church of Hudson will host a Vacation Bible School program June 23 to 27 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The theme will be "Holy Moses." All children 3 years old to those in fifth grade are welcome to attend. The Toddler 3s class will meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the Vacation Bible School week. Hope Community Church, 3033 Middleton Road, is involved in "Celebrate Recovery," a Christ-centered group program to help people hurting. The program is designed to help free participants from addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors.
