Hudson residents are celebrating the opening of their new business by raising funds for community organizations. Hudson residents Jeff and Janie Lehman are planning the grand opening of Great Clips of Hudson, 118 W. Streetsboro Road in the Acme Plaza, May 7. A portion of the first three weeks of sales will go to the Hudson Library and Historical Society, and a portion of sales over the next three weeks will go to the Hudson Community Foundation. Future fundraisers expected for the Hudson Boosters, Harvest for Hunger and Toys for Tots. The store will open May 7 with a ribbon cutting by Mayor William Currin, face painting, balloons, drawings and more. The Great Clips store will be managed by Kellee Wright, who has 15 years in family hair care. The store will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Comments
