Meredith Bucur and Chris Warrington were united in marriage Dec. 29, 2007, at St. Mary Church. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. John Betters. The bride is the daughter of Dale and Susan Bucur of Hudson. The bridegroom is the son of David and Barbara Warrington of Hudson. Escorted by her father, the bride wore strapless gown overlaid with lace and crystal beading. It also included a semi-cathedral train that was surrounded with a scalloped edging and cascading lace medallions. She carried a bouquet of a mixture of white roses, gardenias, pearled stephanotis, pine and crystals. Laura Reiss of North Carolina, sister of the of the bride, served as matron of honor. Susan Warrington of Hudson, sister of the bridegroom, served as bridesmaid. Junior bridesmaids were Emma, Anna and Lydia Warrington, cousins of the bridegroom, of Florida. Aubrie Reiss of North Carolina, niece of the bride, was flower girl. Jason Bucur of Maryland, cousin of the bride, served as best man. George Bucur of Lakewood, brother of the bride, served as groomsman. The reception took place at the SYB Hall. The bride is a graduate of Hudson High School and Bowling Green State University. She is employed at La Petite Academy in Hilliard. The bridegroom is a graduate of Hudson High School, Miami University and Ohio State University. He is a veterinary student. The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and now reside in Hilliard. Comments
