by Jennifer Reece Reporter Hudson -- Starting next month, those shopping downtown at First & Main also will be able to squeeze in a personal training session. Fitness Together will open its doors in late March at 89 First St., next to Fast Frame. The business will offer one-on-one customized workouts for its clients. "We really believe in bringing health and fitness to Hudson in a meaningful way," said co-owner Jonathan Slain. Slain and his brother-in-law Michael Hall said they decided to open their business at First & Main because of the positive feeling they got when they visited the area. "Being a part of First & Main allows us to create a centrally located fitness option for this community," said Slain. Rather than purchase memberships, Fitness Together will operate by having individuals make appointments by picking a package or scheduling individual sessions. The business will occupy nearly 1,500-square-feet of space, which will include a three-room studio. Clients are welcome to use the cardio room as often as they like, Slain said. "They are encouraged to do so," he said. Slain said he and Hall hope to have several Fitness Together locations open locally within the next few years. Fitness Together is a national franchise that began in Arizona. There are more than 300 locations across the country. E-mail: jreece@recordpub.com Phone: 330-688-0088 ext. 3145 Comments
