Hudson Community Foundation (HCF) issued a grant in the amount of $3,000 to the Hudson City Schools. Bill Wooldredge, Chairman Emeritus of the HCF founder of the Hudson City Schools Student Endowment Fund, presented the annual distribution to the Hudson City School Board. This fund was created by Wooldredge to provide ongoing financial support to economically disadvantaged students with specific supplementary items that may be necessary to function at school on a daily basis. The Hudson Community Foundation is a nationally recognized public charity partnering with donors and their financial advisors to provide tools and strategies that maximize their tax benefits and gifts to the causes most important to them.
