A motion directing the clerk to send notice to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control, indicating no request for a hearing regarding the transfer of a permit to sell alcoholic beverages from Tai Wah Inc. to Don Patron

A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for the North Main Street Demonstration project grant for storm and sidewalk improvements within the Downtown Corridor Improvement Project; and declaring an emergency.
A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into a purchase agreement for two police cruisers per the 2014 Approved Budget to replace two existing police vehicles, model year 2010 for no more than $50,800; and declaring an emergency.
An ordinance amending the city's Classification Plan, Associated Compensation Plan, and Pay Rate Range to add the position of fire marshal within an appropriate pay range and to re-classify two positions in the fire department; and declaring an emergency.
An ordinance amending ordinance No. 13-164 making appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the city of Hudson during the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2014, by making additional and/or amended appropriations related to the second quarter of 2014.
