Hudson —  A 59-year-old man was arrested Aug. 6 by Hudson Police and charged with illegal manufacture or drugs/cultivation of marijuana and trafficking in drugs after police found about 177 marijuana plants, 3 pounds of harvested marijuana, grow lights, a ventilation system, chemicals and hydroponic equipment in his Valley View Road home.

William E. Degyansky, who lives at 7511 Valley View Road, was charged with two third-degree felony drug charges after an anonymous tip led to an investigation and subsequent search warrant, according to Hudson officials.

Degyansky posted a $50,000/10 percent bond after his Aug. 7 arraignment in Stow Municipal Court. Degyansky has a preliminary hearing scheduled Aug. 14.
