Update on road work in Hudson for June 27

Published:

The following are updates on road work in the City of Hudson:

Paving

Ronyak Paving will place the final course of asphalt on Hudson Drive between Seasons Road and Terex Road on Saturday, June 28 from approximately 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, or until the work is completed.

While the paving operation passes in the front of the properties, no traffic will be able to enter or exit driveways temporarily until the new asphalt has been rolled and compacted. This normally takes 15 minutes to 30 minutes from when the paving machine installs the asphalt to when the roller equipment compacts the final course. A construction representative will visit each home and business approximately 30 minutes before the paving operations starts so anyone wishing to leave the driveway may do so prior to the temporary closure.  We appreciate your patience as we strive to improve our roads.

Sullivan Rd Closure Has Been Extended
Sullivan Rd. will continue to be closed to through traffic for at least another week due to weather issues. The City apologizes for any inconveniences.

Lane closure for railraod bridge work

On Sunday, June 29, between the hours of 6:30 am and 12:30 pm, we will again have a contractor working on the railroad bridges on Rts. 303 and 91. Our crews will close one lane of traffic. Flaggers will direct traffic. The work areas will include Rt. 303 between Library Street and Atterbury Blvd, and Rt. 91 near Ravenna St. and near Veterans Way.
