Hudson orthodontia specialist Dr. John White has donated a complete orthodontic treatment to The Rotary Club of Hudson's 30th annual Gala.
This is the second year Dr. White has made this generous donation (a full orthodontic treatment or 50 percent off Invisalign treatment). The treatment is a $5,680 value.
The Rotary Club of Hudson Annual Gala has helped save lives and has improved the living conditions for many in Hudson and around the globe. Proceeds have provided clean water, medical equipment and educational opportunities to some of the world's most vulnerable citizens.
With a goal of $40,000, this year's gala will provide a child with life-saving surgery through Gift of Life Northeast Ohio, educate youngsters through the construction of a permanent Safety Town and help EMS Outreach Fund of Hudson enhance the quality of life for all Hudson residents and visitors through promotion of general wellness and safety.
The gala also benefits Hudson High School's Service Learning Class, Boy Scout Troop 321 and many local charities. It funds college scholarships for local students, too.
Contributors like White make this momentous mission possible. To attend the Gala and bid on White's donation, contact Joe Avella at 330-715-9733 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The Gala is Friday, May 16, 6 to 10 p.m., at Hilton Garden Inn, Twinsburg. For more information, visit www.rotaryhudson.org.
