Hudson -- The city has contacted a railroad company whose bridge seems to be an enticing canvas for local vandals and painters of graffiti.
Vandals have painted "Seniors 2014" on the Norfolk Southern Raiload bridge which crossed over West Streetsboro Street.
The graffiti has elicited citizen complaints and letters to the editor.
"The bridges are railroad property and are the responsibility of Norfolk Southern,"according to Hudson Communications Manager, Jody Roberts. "That being said, we are willing to paint it, but we must get approval from them."
The city has contacted the railroad and is awaiting its response, Roberts said.
