Summit County appraisers are working in Boston Heights, Peninsula, Bath, Richfield and Boston Township as part of the state mandated 2014 reappraisal for real estate, according to Summit County Fiscal Officer Kristen M. Scalise.
County appraisers will physically evaluate residential parcels and can be identified by their identification badges and yellow work vests. Their vehicles will be marked with a placard stating they are from the Summit County Fiscal Office. Appraisers work between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. They do not perform evaluations after 4 p.m.
