A. An ordinance to amend the official zoning district map to rezone the north half of 1975 Norton Road from District 1, suburban residential neighborhood zone, to District 8, industrial/business park zone.

B. An ordinance amending the fee structure for the installation of water sprinkler meters by reducing the monthly availability by 50 percent and eliminate the labor, parts and materials charges. Customers will still pay the cost of the meter.

A. A resolution thanking Ms. Susan Vandersall for her service to the Hudson community from September 1997 to March 2012 on the personnel advisory and appeals board.

B. A resolution thanking Mrs. Pat Simons for her service to the Hudson community from April 2011 to March 2013 on the HCTV advisory committee.

C. A resolution thanking Mr. Reed Stith for his service to the Hudson community from April 2011 to January 2013 on the HCTV advisory committee.

D. A resolution thanking Mr. Brian Suntken for his service to the Hudson community from May 2010 to February 2013 on the HCTV advisory committee.

10. Consent Agenda

A. A motion to acknowledge the timely receipt of the May 2013 monthly financial report.

B. A resolution to consent to the Ohio Department of Transportation maintenance and repairs within the Interstate 480 right of way within the city of Hudson limits.

C. A resolution authorizing and directing the city manager to advertise for competitive bids for the replacement of state Route 8 concrete road panels. The project will have lane closures along state Route 8 during construction.

D. A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with Randstad Inc. for temporary staffing for utility billing and public works administrative support.

E. A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with the Creative Group for temporary staffing for the economic development and administration departments.

F. A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into a contract with Duramark Inc. for the road line striping and painting program.

G. A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into a contract with PS Construction Fabrics for the 2013 crack sealing program.

H. A resolution to approve $5,171 to John Deer Landscapes for chemicals; $4,624 to Agrium Advanced Technologies for chemicals; and $5,0445 to Global Connect for maintenance of emergency database system.
